* FirstInstallmentWins: General consensus is that the first two volumes are worth the pick up due to the art actually looking like something out of a manga and the story beats being easy enough to follow (some character traits notwithstanding). Vol 3 is... decent but most didn't like the art due to losing the original artist and the more rougher designs plus the retconning, wonky character development and very confusing end points. 4 is considered to be where the series goes way too off the rails (Yes the "In Space" moniker admits it, but story wise just felt off and lost a lot of readers) and really nothing more than an after thought.

At most it did give some better character development and concluding decently.

Instead, Leonard gets turned into a thrall, character development is safely avoided, and the PMS has to come in and solve everything.
