- Crosses the Line Twice: Cheesy overacting by the "terrorists," scantily clad hostages, corny minigames. Achievement and bonus points for Groin Attack...it's all so deliberately over the top and silly that it's very hard to be annoyed at the long list of tacky and outdated (even for when it was made) cliches the game is using.
- Demonic Spiders: A few enemies appear at point-blank range and melee the player in less than a second after popping up, resulting in many a cheap hit for first-time players.
- Hilarious in Hindsight: Konami (a Japanese company that developed Lethal Enforcers 1) published the Wii port of this game. What a shame!
- Narm: The infamously cheesy Howard Dean scream.
- They Copied It, So It Sucks!: Unlike Midway and Atari's arcade games since Mortal Kombat (which is inspired by Karate Champ), which they are inspired by popular Japanese-made arcade games but with unique concept, the gameplay and concept here is generic and uninspired direct-copy of Konami's Lethal Enforcers 1, complete with officers behind the screen and of course its terrorism theme. No wonder why Konami published this game's Wii port.
