- Awesome Music:
- Both opening themes, Fool the World, by Minori Chihara, and Breakthrough, by JAM Project.
- The ending theme, "Axis", by Stereo Dive Foundation.
- Maverick ~Kakuseisuru Kemono~ (sung by the aforementioned JAM Project), which played during Nobunaga's battle with Shingen in episode 7.
- Hilarious in Hindsight: Read the page quote back on the main page again, specifically the part that says that the only way characters like King Arthur and Oda Nobunaga being in the same setting would make sense is if they added Gundams. Now we have SD Gundam World Heroes, which has literal Gundams based on King Arthur and Oda Nobunaga. What's more, Totoyomi Hideyoshi later returns in this series as Son Goku, the Japanese romanization of Sun Wukong...who is also the basis of SD Gundam World Heroes's Main Protagonist, Wukong Impulse Gundam!
- Love to Hate: Caesar. Most fans hate him for his stalker-ish behavior toward Ichihime leading to him killing her father to get to the girl, and most of all, for backstabbing Takeda and framed the protagonist for it, all while calling Nobunaga "a coward".
- Ironically enough, just when people have fallen into a comfortable Love to Hate routine with him, Caesar starts showing signs of turning into an Anti-Villain. He overcomes the impossible odds of Nobunaga and his gang teaming up against him by sheer willpower, he's surprisingly polite and respectful at the tea ceremony Nobunaga holds for him, he's kind to Ichihime and shows that he genuinely cares for her, and eventually he saves the Oda and betrays his king Arthur out of love for Ichihime.
- This Is Your Premise on Drugs: This is a Kawamori show. This is to be expected. Let's just see, shall we? Historical figures from various eras are now live in the same time? Check. West and East are literally separated into two worlds? Check. Zero historical accuracy for the win? Check. Jeanne D'Arc becomes Mori Ranmaru? Check!
- Viewer Gender Confusion: Uesugi Kenshin, who has soft-features and beautiful long hair, yet is a man. His clothes and Japanese voice actress don't help much either (He is voiced by a man in the English Dub).
