• Nobunaga takes on a platoon of mechs with a bow and arrow. And was winning until he ran out of ammunition.
• Jeanne rode a mech loaded with explosives to save Nobunaga's ass. Who is the Damsel in Distress now?
• Nobunaga gave Caesar a taste of his own medicine. The fans are very please with this.
• Episode 12, Ichihime agrees to marry Caesar to seal a treaty, but goes on to say that if he ever goes back on his side of the agreement, she will kill him even at the cost of her own life. And the look on her face makes it clear that she's willing to make good on that promise starting that very moment, even though the closest thing she has to a weapon on her person is a teaspoon.
• Episode 14, Charlemagne and Hannibal have Nobunaga on the ropes and Jeane in their clutches. Then at the urging of Ichihime, Caesar shows up with Uesugi Kenshin. Who kills Charlemagne in a matter of seconds.
  • The above doesn't really do things justice. First, Caesar blasts away the snowstorm dome, weakinging Hannibal and Charlemagne. Hannibal immediately orders her reserves into action - when is when Uesugi Kenshin shows up to do a Foe-Tossing Charge, and then utterly curbstomping Hannibal and Charlemagne.
