  • Americans Hate Tingle: The tour's stops in England and France didn't go well, to the point that Cirque du Soleil didn't return to the latter country until 2005. Part of the problem was that Europeans were far more accustomed to this artier style of circus than Americans were at the time, so Cirque's show held no novelty.
  • Genre Turning Point: This show helped popularize both Cirque du Soleil and the contemporary circus genre in North America.
  • Recycled Script: Denis Lacombe's most famous segment, the "conductor" act, would later be revived with a new performer in ZAIA.
