• Moral Event Horizon: Episode 11 is one for Cliff. Which leads to a Karmic Death.
• Never Live It Down: Kenshi's massages are mentioned as taking away your virginity; yeah, they don't work that way, but they give the person massaged that feeling, it seems.
• Nightmare Fuel: Episode 11.
  • Episode 8, the bandits led by Lan going after Princess Aura. Unfortunately for the elven princess, the attack happens during the one time of day that she's vulnerable. One of the men with Lan even goes so far as to threaten the poor woman, all while Lan laughs. It's a good thing Kenshi arrived when he did.
  Aura: Please don't hurt me!
  Bandit: (in a suggestive tone) Oh, don't you worry. There's nothing to be afraid of. I promise, we'll be gentle!
• Tear Jerker:
  • Episode 3, while it's not given much focus. The fact that some bullies would go so far to throw Lapis handkerchief down a cliff. Even if they didn't know it had been a gift to Lapis from her mother. It's still rather despicable.
  • Episode 9, Dagmyer manipulating poor Chiaia's lingering feelings of affection towards him by trying to force her to kill Kenshi. She eventually refuses, but instead of pulling a Heel–Face Turn when she asks him too. Dagmyer instead chooses to resent Kenshi.
  • In the final episode, when Neizai/Reia implies that Ulyte is for all intents and purposes "dead". The loss of Ulyte seems to get glossed over since he died fulfilling his duty.
