  • Regine Dandridge is Jerry's sister out to avenge her beloved brother. Having stationed her underling Dr. Scott Harrison to pose as Charley Brewster's psychotherapist, Regine has him convinced trauma is what made him believe in vampires while she plots to turn him into one to suffer forever. Using her talents in makeup and acting, Regine makes Charley believe she is a mere thespian, seducing him and beginning to drink his blood to vampirize him and having Peter Vincent declared insane when he tries to stop her. Nearly having a corrupted Charley kill Peter and his own girlfriend at her behest, Regine conducts herself with every bit of charisma as her brother while trying to remove Charley's humanity for her vengeance.
  • Dr. Scott Harrison, the Evil Genius of Regine Dandridge's coven of vampires, is a jovial psychiatrist treating Charley Brewster. So good at his role of gaslighting Charley, Harrison manages to convince him vampires aren't real so he'll be vulnerable to Regine while ensuring Charley is steadily blamed and isolated by all those around him. Luring Alex Young, Charley's girlfriend, to a trap, Harrison is mortally wounded with a stake through the heart. Realizing to kill him would traumatize Alex further, Harrison throws himself on the stake, a good doctor to the last.
