  • Better on DVD: Since they have recorded their shows on DVD they have included songs that are cut from the albums for timing.
    • Also on the Cheap Flights one it has Yes, But is it Art? sung by one of the girls rather than the musical director.
  • Big-Lipped Alligator Moment: In the 1988 BBC Special more the magic of more of a budget seems out of place to those who have seen only a single costume change and the odd prop:
    • First off their opening with the song Boring has them dressed as Chorus Boys then jump cutting to their iconic evening dresses.
    • Radiating Love has a set up of Adele doing knitting while Denise Wharmby is on the radio singing, then there's this dance scene in blue light with an unknown man dancing with Denise.
    • While Allo! Bonjour Monsieur! has Dillie in the outfit she normally wears for it, during the gloomy moments Adele goes past on a Bicycle which has Dillie bemused as well.
  • Can't Un-Hear It: You try getting Cheap Flights or Dogging out of your head.
  • Covered Up: The group's songs Cheap Flights and Dogging have been covered on You Tube also:
  • Tear Jerker: As said on the main page, the group have songs that appear in the middle of their shows to make the audience cry:
    • Time is a bitter look at how people waste time on the wrong things then realise that it's too late.
    • Look Mummy No Hands, a bittersweet nostalgic memory of how important parents are even if we ignore their advice.
    • I Saw Two People, is about a woman realising that she has seen the man she's with find his true love at the dinner party that evening and it bitterly isn't her.
    • Goodbye Old Friends, it's a farewell song that reminds us of the precious relationships we make, but it's presented on YouTube with photographs of Russell Churney their Musical Director who's death was a painful loss to many people in the entertainment world.
