• Fandom Rivalry: Formerly with Something Awful, it seems to have died down.
• Hollywood Homely: Whenever unflattering paparazzi pictures of an actress are posted on the Showbiz tab, you can generally see Farkers telling them to go on a diet (too fat), or that they should eat a sammich (too thin), or make horse puns (Sarah Jessica Parker), or that they have sharp knees (too thin, from an infamous Fark meme from fictitious user "studman69")...often in the same thread about the same actress. Including the horse puns in a non-SJP thread.
• Memetic Badass: Farkers love Joe Biden and his Trans-Am.
• Nightmare Fuel: Generally, stories with the 'scary' tag are this.
• Tearjerker: The “Sad” tag (though it can be sarcastic) and anytime a Farker passes away.
• They Changed It, Now It Sucks!: Longtime Farkers were angered by the doubling of TF rates in 2020, with many saying unchecked Trolling and worse no longer made the expense worth it. The fact this was in a time of extreme economic strife did not help matters.
