YMMV / Family Guy S6 E3 "Believe It or Not, Joe's Walking on Air"

• Harsher in Hindsight: The very reason that Joe gets new legs in the first place is because his disability is making Bonnie miserable. Once he gets new legs, he develops Acquired Situational Narcissism to the point that he leaves Bonnie, and she ends up shooting him just so she can "have her husband back". With later episodes showing that their marriage is utterly awful and Bonnie has wished death on Joe and cheated on him as early as a couple of seasons later (and one of the men she almost cheats on Joe with is also in a wheelchair, despite Joe's disability being the supposed reason why Bonnie had an affair), it just goes to show that Bonnie is never happy whether she has Joe in her life or not.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: One scene has Stewie deliver a Lame Pun Reaction to Fred telling Barney that he got an "e-rock-tion". Two seasons later, Stewie, along with Brian, would visit the Flintstones universe and witness a rock pun being made in just about every line of dialogue that they begin to do it themselves.
  Stewie: Hey, Brian, wanna get the rock outta here?
  Brian: Rock, yeah.
