• Creepy Awesome: Hadria and, to a lesser extent, Gellert.
• Crosses the Line Twice: Parts of the fic (and its side-stories) are so disturbing or just plain weird that they're funny. For example, Blaise's boggart is a clown. Depending on your point of view, that's either funny or understandable. Blaise's boggart turns into a murdered clown. Not funny. Blaise laughs at the murdered clown, scaring poor Remus? Funny.
• Draco in Leather Pants: Gellert, Draco himself, Pansy, and Blaise. Presumably the yet-to-appear Tom, as well.
• Ron the Death Eater: Ron, to a degree.
• Squick: The Weasley twins pranking the Slytherins by making giant centipedes appear among their food. When the Slytherins try to Vanish the centipedes, they fall apart into sections that continue to scuttle about the table, and when they try to Stun them, the centipedes explode.
