YMMV / City Dragon

• Designated Hero - Ray, the titular 'City Dragon' (Over the course of the film, no one ever calls him that).
• Padding - Quite a bit, including most of the actual fight scenes.

• Strangled by the Red String - Tina seems to pretty much fall for Ray's, uh, 'charms' because the plot demands her to. Also, she and Ray have 'chemistry' because Ray keeps insisting they have chemistry.
