• Hilarious in Hindsight: The name of the episode, considering the fact that Sharon and Tracey's actors (Pauline Quirke and Linda Robson respectively) would later star in a show called Jobs for the Girls in 1995.
• Technology Marches On: Nowadays someone like Tracey would know how to use a computer and wouldn't need lessons to type.
• Values Dissonance: Sharon's line about how "retarded gerbils could type better than Tracey" wouldn't fly on TV today, as "retarded" is a seriously offensive word.
