Vermin is an adult-oriented Black Comedy buddy cop cartoon created by Blackpills and Bobbypills, the studio behind Peepoodo & the Super Fuck Friends.

Reggie Mantos is ready to finally start his job as a rookie police officer in the big city, leaving behind his small, secluded home in the country to follow in the footsteps of his late father. With blessings from his mother and a promise to his fiance, Irene, that he'll come back and marry her eventually, he sets off... and gets robbed, run over, arrested, tazed, and generally heavily traumatized over the course of his first day.

Described as Zootopia if it were less tolerant, Vermin takes place in a much grosser, run-down city that doesn't shy away from the bigotry, crime, and general disgusting behaviors that take place in such areas. It was released on April 9th, 2018 on Blackpills, but Bobbypills has since uploaded the full first season onto Youtube with English subtitles. A page for Season 2 and 3 is present on their website, but no updates for it have been released since.

  • Amazon Brigade: The praying mantis community consists of two men and dozens of female mantises who Shermock has to fight to the death in the tenth episode.
  • Black Comedy Rape: Reggie is behind bars at the end of the first episode, stripped down to his underwear. His cellmate, now completely naked, approaches him from behind and starts feeling him up. Cue Reggie blowing a rape whistle.
  • Brother–Sister Incest: Possibly. The mantis commune is very secluded and intolerant of outsiders, Shermock calls the mantis guards who throw her into a pit "inbred", and Reggie's mom shouts that Shermock killed "her offspring" when she shoots Irene, who was just in the process of riding Reggie.
  • Country Mouse: Reggie, who comes from a very secluded community of mantises. As it turns out, they have a very good reason to be secluded.
  • Everyone Has Standards: Shermock may be willing to hit kids, but when she's bent the Chief's daughter over her knee and spanking her for cussing her out in the strip club and a man approaches visibly erect, she immediately pulls a gun on him.
  • Furry Reminder: Spider Spider has a visible vagina and spinneret, indicative of how in most species, female spiders are the ones who spin webs to catch prey (or criminals, in Spider Spider's case).
  • The Lad-ette: Shermock swears like a sailor, is extremely aggressive with whoever she works with, drinks on the job, and generally torments Reggie at any opportunity. It's to the point where some people end up mistaking her for a man.
  • Manchild: Reggie, though less in the spoiled way and more in the sheltered way. His secluded upbringing has lead him to having minimal experiences with conflict or high-stress situations, he's prone to being completely confused about sex and tends to use childish dialect ("mommy," "peepee", among others).
  • Pet the Dog:
    • When Reggie comes back from retrieving the chief's daughter violated and humiliated, Shermock offers to buy him a popsicle.
    • Rick's partner briefly stops harassing Shermock when Reggie goes back home, telling her he can't imagine what it'd be like to lose a partner and that he's here for her if she needs to talk.
  • Shout-Out: When Reggie and Shermock visit the sex club in episode 5, there's a shot of two worms going at a double-sided dildo while the crowd shouts "ass to ass".
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: The main duo are paired up on the basis that both of them shouldn't work alone. Shermock lets her distaste for Reggie very well known, with the third episode opening with a montage of her making his life worse. When Reggie ends up going back home, she's at least grown to care for him enough to save him from his Cannibal Cult of a hometown.
  • Vitriolic Best Buds: Shermock and Reggie, at worst, can't stand each other. They both still flips their lids at the interviewer that turned them against each other because of doctored footage.
Shermock: I'm going to murder her.
Reggie: No, don't do that. Let's murder her together!
  • Wide-Eyed Idealist: Reggie just wants to help people and be a good cop, which leads to him being heavily beaten down by the ruthlessness of the city and his coworkers.
