Sath McFarland is an infrequent series of text-to-speech web videos on YouTube by a user who calls themselves SathMcFarlandComedy
. It's a satire of the works of Seth MacFarlane, though mostly Family Guy.
Provides examples of:
- Catchphrase: "Ha ha ha. Oh yeah."
- Character as Himself: Sath is usually credited as doing the voice of himself. Sath is voiced by a voice synthesizer.
- Erudite Stoner: Parodied. Sath claims he's smart because he smokes cocaine, but he often babbles nothing but nonsense.
- Expy:
- Of Family Guy characters. Sath claims that Seth ripped off his ideas, but it's obvious that the "Family Man" characters are just Family Guy characters with Microsoft Paint swastikas, Joker faces, and hammer and sickles on them.
- "Small Horse" spoofs My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and is allegedly Sath's attempt to brainwash little girls (and other people too).
- Fantastic Racism: Anyone whom Sath, the most smart and intelligent Democrat in all of show business, doesn't like is a Republican.Sath McFarland: Wow! You must be a stupid Reh-pew-bel-eye-can idiot.
- Man of a Thousand Voices: Inverted. Sath claims he is, but it's very obvious that all of the characters he plays have the same voice.
- No Swastikas: Averted. It's rare to see a video without one.
