Reina's room is a YouTube channel where manga is written out and read by voice actors. It is an anthology Rom Com series, but with Yanderes.

Reina's room contains examples of:
- Arranged Marriage: Kouichi was engaged to Love, an idol by his parents. He does love her and the only reason he's hesitant is because he didn't think he was good enough for her.
- Beautiful All Along: Hanako was a plain girl. When Yutaro forced her to play Juilet in a Romeo and Juliet play, she dressed up nicely for the role and everyone saw how beautiful she was. Yutaro tried to confess to her after the fact, but she rejected him.
- Gold Digger: Lisa dumped her boyfriend Kumamoto for his friend Kouichi, who is an elite college student and richer than him. This drives Kumamoto to study harder and becomes more successful, Lisa begs Kumamoto to take her back and lies about Kouichi being abusive, only for both men to record her begging and expose her on the wedding day.
- Japanese Delinquents: Natsuki is a famous delinquent who is feared by everyone, though she has a soft spot for Kouichi.
- Hiding Behind Your Bangs: Hanako's hair hides her left eye, emphasizing her shy nature.
- Humiliation Conga: Kumamoto and Kouichi work together to expose Lisa's gold-digging on their wedding day. First, Kouichi projects a video of her badmouthing Kumamoto and then another of her begging him to take her back after finding out he became successful. Furthermore, her parents cut ties with her and her boss fires her for her trouble.
- Universal-Adaptor Cast: Some episodes feature Kouichi who has the same appearance but is put in different roles and settings.
- Yandere: A majority of the female characters get madly in love with the protagonists, especially if they did something nice for them.
