Dragon Pranks is a bunch of Web animations made in 2009 by an animator known as reso1ver.

The story revolves around the mischief of dragons trying to torment humans with their constant flatulence.

The originals have been taken down, but the reuploads can be seen here.Dragon Pranks 1 involves a male green dragon farting on a man, which annoys the man. It can be seen here

Dragon Pranks 2 is a direct continuation of Dragon Pranks 1, where the annoyed man follows the dragon into a cave. It can be seen here. An updated version with different visuals exists for Dragon Pranks 2 however, existing copies of the media are lost.

Dragon Pranks 3 is a separate story where a princess is threatened by a female pink dragon in a cavel. It can be seen here

The web animation was a winning submission for a contest about depicting farting dragons in an animation.


Contains examples of:

  • Alto Villainess: The pink dragon.
  • An Odd Place to Sleep: The man sleeps in the middle of a meadow for some unexplained reason.
  • Baby Talk: The pink dragon mocks the princess by calling her 'darwing wittle pwincess'.
  • Big Eater: The dragons, due to their size, eat plenty.
    • The green dragon said he ate an entire barrel (160 litres) of old sauerkraut.
    • Taken even further with the pink dragon, who says she eats whole cows and farmers.
  • Captain Obvious: The man and princess both take the time to point out that the dragons' farts smell awful.
  • Clingy Jealous Girl: The pink dragon is clingy to the knight and thus punishes the princess for hogging his attention.
  • Damsel in Distress: The princess.
  • Dragons Prefer Princesses: In 3, the pink dragon kidnaps a princess and traps her in a cave.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: The pink dragon refuses to eat the princess, rather she'd just 'teach her a lesson'.
  • Everyone Loves Blondes: The blonde princess must have been attractive enough to get the knight's attention.
  • Evil Sounds Deep: The dragons have extremely deep voices.
  • Fartillery: The dragons' farts are said to be extremely smelly. The pink dragon's farts were bad enough to make the girl pass out (could also be due to the enclosed space).
  • Gasshole: All the dragons fart frequent, long and smelly.
  • The Ghost: The 'valiant knight' that serves as the pink's dragon motivation to punish the princess.
  • Growling Gut: The pink dragon's stomach gurgles before she start farting.
  • Hair of Gold, Heart of Gold: The princess is innocent and naive.
  • No Name Given: None of the characters are named.
  • Our Dragons Are Different: Dragons are portrayed here as playful, mischievous and extremely flatulent.
  • Pink Means Feminine: The pink dragon is female, but she is not very feminine.
  • Please Get Off Me: The man in 1 asks the dragon to get off him when he squats above his face.
  • Princess Classic: The princess is naive and innocent.
  • The Prankster: The green dragon. All he wants to do is just mildly irritate the man with his farts.
  • Purple Is Powerful: The pink dragon (who is quite purplish too) is powerful and noticeably bigger than the green dragon.
  • Super-Persistent Predator: In 2, it is shown the man had been following the dragon for 'a couple of hours'.
  • Ten-Second Flashlight: The man's flashlight runs out while inside the cave.
  • Toilet Humour: The show gets around with its fart jokes.
  • To Serve Man: The pink dragon has said to have eaten farmers.
  • What Did I Do Last Night?: Implied because the man is sleeping in the middle of a meadow to wake up with a dragon rear right up in his face.
