Danganronpa: Hushed Whispers
is a animation based on the Danganronpa series. It follows Hisoka Suzuki, Ultimate Journalist, as he whites out and awakens at Camp Kosui, where he finds himself trapped in an all new killing game...
Only the prologue and a few trailers are up at the time of writing.
Danganronpa: Hushed Whispers contains examples of:
- Anyone Can Die: As is customary for Danganronpa. Even Hisoka isn't safe, as the prologue shows a fireball heading right for him, and ends on him screaming in pain...
- Creepy Child: Sachiko certainly qualifies, even if she doesn't take well to being called creepy.
- Also applies Monosika & Mononara, in contrast to Monokuma
- Creepy Doll: Sachiko carries one around. According to the VA trailer, it's a family heirloom.
- Death Cry Echo: Let out by Hisoka when it appears he's been horribly burnt.
- Demonic Possession: Sachiko, the Ultimate Exorcist is subject to this.
- Foreshadowing: There's some hints in the trailers and opening about Hisoka's fate at the prologue's ending.
- Schedule Fanatic: Eiju repeatedly urges Hisoka to hurry his introductions up, even counting the minutes and seconds he's behind by.
- Uncertain Doom: Hisoka's fate at the end of the prologue, where he seemingly gets incinerated by a fireball while running away from the Monodeer's tower of flame.
