WMG / The Legends of Treasure Island

Go To

Captain Smollett and Dr. Livesey's Island Adventure
The island that the two remained on while Jane went back to Treasure Island to search for her friends had many strange things just as bad as Treasure Island. During the time, they probably got involved with island natives, a queen that had a crush on the captain, and a volcanic activity that would force the two to help the tribe save their island before returning to Treasure Island.
Pew's Artifact Power
Who's to say that being invulnerable was the only thing that Pew could do with it? If you watch the last scenes featuring him in it, you can tell that Pew not only can catch up with Jane and Jim and him continuing to attack without the use of his staff, but it also may have implied that his eyesight had been restored and that he had gained a bit of speed. He would have gotten more than just that had Jane not killed him.
The world of LOTI takes place in the world of Sonic the Hedgehog.
Despite this being an In Name Only version of the book it was based on, the anthro animals shown here are basically Mobians. And despite this, there are non-anthro animals there as well like birds and fish as well as wolves. And if taken into account, the non-anthros could be like the Mobinis (aka the animal friends Sonic rescues).
The island that the series is set in is actually...The Bermuda Triangle!
Anyone that knows about the Bermuda Triangle and believes in the rumors that crazy things happen within...it would make sense on the island being so mysterious with magic, curses, mole people, and other crazy things that happen on the island.
The Mermaids carry an infectious Viral Transformation
Chapter 12 features a group of mermaids that befriended Jane and helped her save her friends. But they were also warning Jane that she should keep away from them while being in the water or it could be dangerous and irreversible after sunset. They never stated it directly, but you could see the signs: Jane was starting to feel ill and weak, but also, her fur color changed to a pale blue and her hair became pitch black, just like them, that can only mean that she was turning into a mermaid.

But then, that didn't happened during chapter 8, where she meets the Merman Prince who was looking to marry her, which could only mean that the infection only spreads from the females. Or they're probably from a different subspecies of merpeople. Also, a kingdom of merpeople from chapter 24 don't seem to have that infection at all and all of them were in direct contact with the usurper queen.
