PACT overtime will shift as the Big Good
- Now that Fontana is in charge, he is hoping to set goals to actually rebuild the nation and pursue the ideals the original Arcadius followed. By killing the Prototype Arcadius, he makes it clear that he will act for the greater good by eliminating the Protoypes who wish to enslave humanity.
