The Krystal Issue
Krystal's absence from Star Fox Zero, due to it being a universal reboot, is a big question mark that has put her future status as a canon character in doubt and the only way for Nintendo to assure the audiences that Krystal hasn't been retconned is to officially announce a new game in development with her as a main character. But when and how would she make her brand new appearance? Perhaps the most likely scenario that might happen is to do a complete remake of Star Fox Adventures with a reworked storyline and brand new world. But will it actually happen? And given the similarities of Adventures with The Legend of Zelda, would this remake be made on a scale like Breath of the Wild?

The Shopkeeper was actually the one who retrieved the White GrubTub when Tricky was sick, and sold it to the Queen.

Think about it. To get the six White GrubTub, Fox needed to have Tricky burrow into the side of the Well, as the way to the uppermost platform was blocked off. Then, descending the ladder, he had to plant a Bomb Spore and detonate it to get to the Staff Power he needed to get to the upper ledges, plant another spore and detonate it to make a block fall, then push it onto the pressure plate, talk to a Thorntail who says he's been alone for 50 years, get a Lantern (if he didn't have one already), detonate the patch he's been sitting on to reveal a hole with a ladder, go down the ladder, and search a few caverns, blowing a hole in a wall and shortening a pillar along the way. Who else would have been able to collect all those White GrubTub and get out without disturbing the obstacles or even making the crazy Thorntail not alone for a little bit?
