- Wolverine, Daredevil and Professor X could probably be some of their teachers.
- Black Cat will also be attending the school and be in the kids' class, only in her civilian form.
Black Cat has a crush on Spidey
- Just like the original Marvel's Black Cat, Felicia/Black Cat will have deep admiration towards Spidey and start flirting with him, but without sexual content.

- Jack Russell (or Jake Gomez)/Werewolf by Night, with his plots revolving around the Spiders having to keep Jack/Jake out of trouble when he turns into a werewolf and acts like an unruly dog.
- Viv Vision, who'll be trying to be a hero to impress her father/builder/designer, the Vision.

Future season predictions
- The new villains might be tech-user flyer Vulture, master of illusions Mysterio, social media thrill-seeker Screwball, destructive wannabe thug Shocker, and trap-setting expert Kraven the Hunter.
- Alternatively, Chameleon might be one of the villains in order to set up Spot the Imposter plots, with an educational bent.
- The new heroes might be Falcon, Thor, Captain Marvel, Captain America, Black Widow and Hawkeye.
- Alternatively, Sam Wilson might appear as this show's Captain America, rather than as the Falcon.
- Since the second season includes a duo in the form of Ant-Man and the Wasp, a future season may also include a duo such as the Heroes for Hire, Luke Cage and Iron Fist.
- The organization SHIELD and its director Nick Fury might appear.
- J. Jonah Jameson will appear in an episode about learning not to judge people you barely know. Bonus points if they have one of his previous actors reprise his role, like Darin De Paul or even J. K. Simmons.
- There will be an Extra-Long Episode where Peter, Miles, and Gwen explore the Spider-Verse, where they meet other Spider-People like Miguel O'Hara (Spider-Man 2099), Mayday Parker (Spider-Girl), Jessica Drew (Spider-Woman), Spider-Man Noir, Pavitr Prabhakar (Spider-Man India), Hobie Brown (Spider-Punk), Peni Parker & SP//dr (Peni might also develop a crush on Miles), Ben Reilly (the Scarlet Spider), Peter Porker (Spider-Ham), and Margo Kess (Spider-Byte).
- And if we're lucky, we might get an appearance from the Earth-1610B Miles Morales, the Earth-616B Peter Parker, the Earth-65B Gwen Stacy, Insomniac Peter and Miles, The Spectacular Spider-Man, the original Spidey and his Amazing Friends, the Mangaverse Peter Parker, the Peter Parker of Earth-67, probably Supaidāman, LEGO Spider-Man, and hopefully all culminating in a meeting with the Peter Parkers from Earth-96283, Earth-120703, and Earth-199999...and probably a cameo from Mrs. Chen.
- And the episode's antagonist? Most likely their dimension's version of the Spot.
- One episode will feature Spider-Man and crew being framed by an evil imposter trying his best to copy them all. It would quickly turn out that the imposter is no ordinary crook - but in fact, Venom.
Trapster's name in this series is Petra Petruski.
It's a nod to how one of the alternate versions of Peter Parker featured in Ultimate Spider-Man is a girl named Petra.
