WMG / Pump It Up

Tatsh will one day release a track for Pump called "Pump Shotgun".
Keeping in theme with his other music game-themed tracks "Music Revolver"note , "Groove Revolver", and "CrossShooter".

BMS music which appears in some rhythm games, “Conflict” will be in Pump It Up also.
Your wish has come true! Andamiro put this song officially in XX

"La Cinquantaine" will receive a new title card and BGA in a future title, retconning it out of continuity with "Canon-D".
Due to the massive backlash it caused for being an underwhelming/unnecessary sequel to "Canon-D", perhaps Andamiro will eventually backtrack and give "La Cinquantaine" its own independent BGA.

The BGA for "Cutie Song" will, likewise, be either toned down or replaced altogether.
This one is controversial for a different reason, so it stands as another candidate for replacement.

Potential Xross additions from O2Jam for future titles...
  • "Please Give Me a Lover"/"Please Boyfriend" by Warak. The artist already works in close association with Andamiro, so it would not be surprising if this song was ported. Bonus points if its BGA is just as tooth-rotting as the song itself.
  • "Couple Breaking" by SHK, for similar reasons as the above.
  • "Separated Union" by Glasslake. Its high BPM will almost surely result in more than a few boss charts.
  • "Canon" by BeautifulDay, to complement PIU's own "Canon-D" and "Cannon X.1". Again, it would not be surprising because "V3" was ported in spite of PIU having two remixes of Beethoven's "Pathetique" - "Beethoven Virus" and "Latino Virus".
  • "Move It On" by Brandy, given that "Cross Time" and "Festival of Ghost" by the same artist are already in the game.
  • "Bride in Dream" by BeautifulDay. Has the potential for an incredibly sad or incredibly scary BGA - or both.
  • "Driving Lazy Bee" by BeautifulDay. Distinct enough from PIU's own "Bee" to work.

The "Cross" series of BGAs is actually a drug-induced fantasy.
To recap, these BGAs depict the tribulations of two medieval knights who are driven apart when one of them picks up a magical sword and becomes possessed by an evil spirit sealed inside it. However, the characters look... too distinctly modern to be just as they are, so there is another possibility entirely.

The whole story is a metaphor for two down-on-their-luck drug-addicted friends who imagine themselves as medieval knights while high. Seeing that they aren't quite getting the kick they used to, one of them, the short-haired one, seeks stronger drugs - which a tattooed woman, the "evil spirit in the sword" provides to him. However, the longer-haired one, sees how violent his friend has become under the influence and refuses to take the new drugs, which eventually drives the two friends apart. In the end, as depicted in the "Cross Soul" BGA, the power/drug trip ends up killing the guy who took it.

As for the evil spirit in the sword, she too has a backstory of her own. Again, going by the "Cross Soul" BGA, it is possible that her fate in the drug trade was "sealed" when she was kidnapped or seized off the streets, and over the years, she ended up rising through the ranks to become a ruthless drug baroness herself. Unless she is stopped, she will continue her campaign and leave even more addicts dead. Only time and the future release of the conspicuously absent "Cross Ray" BGA will tell if she's properly dealt with at the end.
