The Glowing Gem Rock gave Lincoln super strength.
In chapter 22 of Loud Visions 1, Lincoln concludes that his vision power came about after he discovered a mysterious glowing rock in a cave with Clyde. He took it, and the shine faded from the stone, as if the vision power inherent in it had passed to Lincoln. The rock may also have granted the super strength that caused Lincoln to savagely beat Chandler and his classmates, as well as kill an alligator in Lana's competition. After all, Chandler wouldn't be in the habit of messing with Lincoln and his friends if Lincoln was already a tough kid. And it is not known that Lincoln previously had a reputation for being a slaughterer of wild animals.
Lori will give up golf to study law at Fairway University.
Just as Lynn Sr. and Rita agreed to study paramedicine and nursing respectively so they can redeem themselves, Lori will also use the lawsuit her family suffers in court as a turning point in her life. She will realize that defending the rights of children who suffer in abusive homes (like Lincoln) is a more relevant issue than being the best golfer in the world. So she has a good talk with Carol Pingrey and the two make peace, committing to study law and open a law firm together after graduating.
White Death is manipulating Lincoln as part of his "superhero training".
Some events like Lynn Jr.'s rape or the bridge collapse would not actually occur. White Death (Future Lincoln) only invented these visions to force Lincoln to commit extreme acts (executions and terrorist acts), preparing him as a super hero for an even greater threat about to come.
White Death will cease to exist.
Just as Future Chandler disappeared after White Death (Future Lincoln) altered the present, the anti-hero himself will succumb after Lincoln's parents are acquitted and the Loud Family redeems itself definitively. After all, it was the tragic events shown in the cartoon that made Future Lincoln become a murderous and spiteful mercenary.
The twins will go back to their habits and face some consequences.
Lincoln warned the twins about what will happen to them if they continue their habits in chapter 16, specifically Lana's habit of eating gross things and Lola's habit of eating sugar. Unlike the other prevented future orbs that turned colorless, their future orbs only turned half colorless which means they can still happen. They will continue their habits and only after Lana gets a GI infection (Salmonella, E. coli, giardiasis, cryptosporidiosis, etc.) and Lola gains a noticeable amount of weight will they go back to quitting their habits, even though it will take quite a bit of time for Lana to fully recover from her GI infection and even longer for Lola to lose all the weight she gained.

Lynn Jr. will snap and get revenge on her family.
Lynn Jr. has not been doing anything about anything that has been happening to her in Loud Visions 2. She has been sabotaged by her sisters, and she did absolutely nothing about it, she just ran away while crying. She also did nothing when Rita told her she can not go to Hawaii with everyone else. It is only a matter of time before she gets mad at her family and gets revenge on them. After all if everything is taken away from her then she has nothing left to lose and nothing anyone can take away from her if she does anything bad.
Rita will start spying on Lynn Jr. and make Lincoln mad.
Lynn Jr.'s life has been taking a severe downward spiral ever since this while bad luck thing started. She is having nightmares, becoming more violent, and doing much worse in school and Rita knows about everything. Rita is not having any of this, and she is not giving her any freedom. She will start using one of Lisa's spy cameras to keep an eye on her but Lincoln will find out, and they will have a very heated argument about it.
