Incompetence is a prequel to Idiocracy.

Incompetence is set 20 Minutes into the Future, likely sometime in the twenty first century (Twinkle makes reference to things gone that he nostalgically misses such as beer in pints, men-only pubs and pickled eggs) and the rot has begun to set in.
