In the Crash!!, Air Man is trying to stop Crash Man from raping Mega Man.
It's kinda obvious. Considering that Rockman in the song seems to be a child and Air Man is noticeably ashamed at seeing Crash Man molesting Mega Man, and is hated by Crashman, Air Man could be as well trying to stop a sexual predator from molesting a young child.
