The upcoming Ironhaven Corporation will be rivals to the Collector
- The publishers recently announced
that a new area and new characters will be added to the post-release DLC. Called the Ironhaven Corporation, they say they want to revitalize the area with a new type of oil platform, and you can help them. Considering the kind of story this is, it's doubtful that's all. The theory is: Ironhaven has designs on whatever being or power is behind the mysterious horrors plaguing the area. Your mysterious patron the Collector has his own plans for this power, and will see Ironhaven as a threat to those plans to resurrect his wife by releasing the entity. Ironically, the Collector will end up as the main opposition to Ironhaven despite similar goals, simply so that the corporation doesn't beat him to the prize. Perhaps even an alternate ending, where you can side with Ironhaven and whatever that entails?
