Blofeld's change of appearance in this movie can be explained by him also undergoing the same plastic surgery process his doubles underwent. He chose the face of the late Dikko Henderson as a way of rubbing salt into the wound of an already grieving Bond by reminding him of someone else he failed to save from being assasinated right under his nose
