"A Feast for the Worms" is a Sequel Song to "Such Horrible Things".

After a lifetime of making other people suffer, the narrator commits suicide in his cell at the asylum rather than live out the rest of his days in isolation. He accepts that he is a horrible person who was born bad and that everyone will celebrate when he's gone, but comforts himself by thinking that people won't be able to forget him because of how horrible he was.
