Belle and the Beast gave Forte's remains a proper human-style burial.

Forte was once human, after all, and the Beast is clearly sad about having to kill his former friend. It stands to reason that he and Belle wouldn't just leave Forte's remains in the castle, especially since the Beast presumably has the strength to dig a grave big enough for a pipe organ. So when the spell is broken, it won't matter whether his remains stay as shattered pipes and keys or turn into mutilated flesh and bones, because either way, they'll be out of sight in the ground.
