• Bizarre Sexual Dimorphism: We can draw some conclusions about orc females since we never actually see them but there's plenty of lore about orc society. All orcs are born in litters rather than one or two at a time which means that orc females must be capable of carrying large broods, although most are born stunted. Given that the goblins are the size of children and even the half-orcs are roughly man-sized it might be the case that only full-orc females give birth.
