This mod contains the following examples:
- Adaptational Dye-Job: Boyfriend's overall appearance in this mod is kitted out to be on par with the other Robot Master designs seen in the Mega Man series.
- Aspect Montage: As "On the Scene" progresses, images of several Mega Man stages are seen on the monitor behind Boyfriend and the Copy Robot.
- Eldritch Abomination: Me-Gone Man makes this known really quickly, sporting a Slasher Smile and an eye on his helmet.
- Friendly Enemy: While coming off as a bit cautious of Boyfriend, Mega Man is the only one of the mod's three current opponents that mean no true harm.
- No Plot? No Problem!: There's no overarching plot that connects what's going on in this mod, but it doesn't mean the mod can't be enjoyed without it.
- Retraux: Just about all of this mod is designed in the 8-bit art style Mega Man is best known for. While "Goner" switches to a more detailed art style at two points, it still keeps with the general aesthetic of the series.
