- In the first chapter, Naru enters the hot springs while wrapped in a towel, only to find that Keitaro's in the middle of repairing them. Despite how he's completely engrossed in said repairs and didn't notice her walking in, she promptly screams bloody murder and punches him out.
- Chapter 3 has her barging into Keitaro's room without so much as knocking, finding him in the middle of getting dressed. She promptly shrieks at him for the high crime of having his shirt open in front of her and punches him hard enough to knock him entirely out of the inn.
- Fate/Reach Out: While Yosuke is a frequent victim of this, Chapter 34 has him crash into a girl and frantically apologize while rambling about how often this cliché ends with the guy being punched out. The girl winds up laughing before asking him out on the spot.
- In My Huntsman Academia, Team MNVW is going through Izuku's mail while he studies in the library. Then they realize that his mom sent him an entire box of condoms out after learning that he is sleeping in the same room as three gorgeous women his age. His poor choice of words when he walks in on this scene causes Weiss to fly off the handle and attempt to strangle him even though she was the one rifling through his things.Izuku: (walks in on Weiss holding a condom) W-Weiss, I kn-know our f-f-families have different ways of doing th-thiings, but that's not the sort of thing you should just... wave around. (tries to offer a reassuring smile) You're an adult, and I respect your choices, but I think we'd all just prefer some things stay private. Ok? (Weiss screams and tackles him before starting to strangle him as they both blush like mad) W-Weiss! Not in front of the others! It's lewd!

- A Certain Crazy Christmas Special centers around a Bad Santa sorcerer kidnapping girls and forcing them into skimpy reindeer costumes. When Touma defeats the villain, everything he made with his magic disappears... including said costumes. The rescued girls immediately attack Touma.
- In For His Own Sake, Naru's tendency towards this is brutally deconstructed:
- Firstly, it leads to Keitaro breaking up with her after growing a spine, calling her out as an abuser who's constantly leaping to all the wrong conclusions with him and refusing to learn from past mistakes... or acknowledge them as such.
- Said refusal to learn leads to A Tragedy of Impulsiveness when she overhears a complete stranger teasing a woman he's walking with and immediately leaps in to attack him. Said man was playfully teasing his wife, who doesn't appreciate the 'rescue' and has her arrested.
- In Kid Keitaro
, an 8-year-old Keitaro comes to live at Hinata Sou. During his first night, he has a nightmare, so Kitsune comes into his room to comfort him and ends up falling asleep with him cuddled up next to her. The next morning, Naru comes into the room, and upon seeing Keitaro lying with his head on Kitsune's chest, gets it into her head that an 8-year-old boy somehow managed to overpower and molest a 21-year-old woman and gives him a slap. She gets a harsh dose of Laser-Guided Karma when Kitsune slaps her back. - Love Hina: Like It Could Have Been has Kitsune remind Naru of an incident where an older man was getting jostled around on a train, stumbled, and put his hand on her shoulder while trying to steady himself. She mistook him for The Chikan and promptly broke his jaw. Naru stubbornly insists that he 'deserved it'; nobody else buys her claims.
- Escape From The Hokage's Hat has Naruto discuss this before he goes out of his way to avert it out of fear."Another confusing thing was his reaction to physical contact. First, there was Sakura's hug, then Hinata holding his hand, Shizune-nee-chan carrying him to Tsunade-baa-chan accidentally suffocating him in her chest. All these events in the past two days made up more physical attention and affection than he received in his entire life. Not sure how to deal with the resulting emotions, years of conditioning from Sakura came to the forefront as he kept his mouth shut so they wouldn't hit him for being a pervert."
- Persona: One Last Promise: Johei is constantly blamed for Loki's perverted antics. On occasion, Loki himself falls victim to this when he's blamed for incidents he's not actually responsible for.

Later, this morphs into a straight example of Pervert Revenge Mode when he attempts to Blackmail the girls into a nude modeling session.
