A Genre Savvy Deadpan Snarker whose life has been so marred by this site that he's worked out character sheets for his friends and has to constantly explain why he's just muttered things like Conservation of Ninjutsu or Villain Ball. Being a regular member in his college's comic and anime club, it tends to happen fairly often.
The Rooster is a strange cross between Daria Morgendorffer and Konata Izumi (but a male, despite the parts he's the sum of), a dedicated fandom troll of several years whose current mark is Twilight, and has a penchant for self-punishment, such as watching un-riffed movies straight from Mystery Science Theater 3000. Tends to make a total ass of himself in a variety of wonderful ways; air guitar, nerd rage, and unbridled yuri fanboyism. Has a sense of humor based entirely on pop culture references both recent and archaic, sarcasm, and enough bad wordplay and puns to make even the most hardened Pungeon Master facepalm. Just none in this entry, oddly enough. He's a devout lit nerd among science majors and encompasses most general nerd groupings; comic reader, anime watcher, role player, gamer, etc.
Before you make a comment, no, his name is not a reference to either a chicken or genitalia, despite his Covert Pervert tendencies. It's a reference to the awesome song Rooster by Alice In Chains.
