• Approval of God: Eric Edelstein, the voice of Grizz, was quite pleased◊ with Wacky Delhi's review of the movie.
• DVD Commentary: Creator/director Daniel Chong is joined with supervising director Manny Hernandez, supervising/creative director Lauren Sassen and story writers Mikey Heller and Kris Mukai. It was recorded during quarantine.
• Release Date Change: The movie was originally announced for a June 8, 2020 release. It was then moved to June 30, 2020, over 3 weeks later.
  • Content Leak: Prime Video and FandangoNOW were apparently not informed of the change, and the film went live on those services on the original date. The film was locked down for those who hadn't already bought it the following day.
• What Could Have Been: There's a scene in the movie where the bears see The Mystery Machine. Daniel Chong said that this scene would've been taken a step further, and would also cut to inside the van, where the gang is confused, but then they just keep going to Vampire Mountain. ^note  Daphne's voice actress, Grey DeLisle Griffin was credited under "additional voices", playing a bunch of a minor characters. She presumably would've also reprised her role as Daphne.
  • Agent Trout was going to be younger in the film.
