Trivia / Uh Oh

  • Friday Night Death Slot: Averted, as the show's original timeslot of Fridays at 6:00 PM lasted successfully for it's first four seasons, partly because it's lead-in was YTV's popular The Zone programming block. However, Uh Oh! was demoted to a Saturday afternoon timeslot in 2001, where it remained for the rest of it's run.
  • Keep Circulating the Tapes: Like most other YTV original series, Uh Oh! has never seen a DVD release. With repeats no longer airing following the end of Discovery Kids in Canada, your best bet to find episodes is through YouTube or tape trading.
  • Role Association: "Slime Master" Shaun Majumder was a very familiar sight on YTV in the mid-1990s before his Slime Tour tenure on Uh Oh!, including his run as "Ed Brainbin" from Brainwash and as an announcer for Clips, before finding greater success as an actor and comedian. (Some viewers even thought that he was The Punisher.) His replacement, Ryan Belleville, is also a recognizable Canadian comedian who briefly starred on the CTV sitcom Satisfaction.
  • The Other Darrin: In 2001, The Punisher's original actor Mike Beaver left Uh Oh!, and he was replaced as The Punisher by Sean "Bubba" Loucks for the last two seasons. However, the two Punisher actors were of a similar build, and the same costume was retained, so unless you paid attention to his voice or changes to the gameplay, it might be hard to tell there was a replacement.
