  • Kevin Michael Richardson as the Ten Thousand Volt Ghost in place of John Stephenson and Henry Bascomb in place of Don Messick.
  • Jeff Bennett as Hank the Miner 49er, in place of Casey Kasem.
  • David Lodge as Harry the Hypnotist in place of Barry Richards.
  • Dee Bradley Baker as Mr. Wickles the Black Knight in place of Don Messick.
• Role Reprise: Matthew Lillard reprises Captain Cutler from Be Cool, Scooby-Doo!.
