• The Danza: All the band members have the same names as their actors: Olivia Newton-John, Benny Thomas, Vic Cooper, and Karl Chambers.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: Val Guest was never paid for working on the movie, so he obtained an injunction saying the film could never be shown in public until he was. As a result, Toomorrow was shown for only one week before being shelved. For the next forty years, the only available copies were bootlegs, until it was finally released on DVD in 2012.
• Uncredited Role: David Lodge as a policeman.
