Trivia / Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan

  • Marth Debuted in "Smash Bros.": A really egregious example happens for both Latin American Spanish and Portuguese-speaking viewers of the OVAs. Those were, so far, the only productions from the animated adaptation of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series dubbed to LatAm and Portuguese, as none of the previous non-manga adaptations were dubbed or even brought there. The other seasons, however, became gradually dubbed in the languages by Netflix themselves as a way to prepare their future acquisition of the season Stone Ocean.
  • The Other Darrin: For the English Dub, Landon McDonald takes over from Vic Mignogna as Rohan after Diamond is Unbreakable, his second time replacing the actor after voicing Ranpo Edogawa in Bungo Stray Dogs from S3 onwards.
  • Real Life Writes the Plot: Due to filming within the restrictions of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Heaven's Door's ability in the last episode of Season One of the drama was retooled into changing its targets into actual books. This comes to play when he interacts with Mao in an enclosed area, and in the last segment where he changes a whole group of four people into books, and while putting Kyoka's "magazine" aside, he was able to physically discern and piece together that Taro's "photo album" post-death had been replaced with an abstract pop-up book that links with Mai and Mao's pop-up books, due to having inheriting their late husband/father's organs and memories. His ability was subsequently changed back to its original portrayal in following seasons after the restrictions have been lifted.
