  • Acting for Two:
    • Scott McClure plays both the Joker and Thomas Elliot / Hush in the series.
    • Dr. Hugo Strange and Lex Luthor are both portrayed by the same actor.
  • Missing Episode: The 'safe sex' incident. Only included in the feature-length digital download of the series.
  • The Other Darrin:
    • In Further Evidence #6 and Season 2, Harleen is played by the actress who formerly portrayed Lisa Arkham - because, ironically enough, the original actress moved to New York.
    • As of Further Evidence, the actor playing Lyle Bolton has changed. Less noticeable, since he has become Lock-Up and wears a face-concealing mask.
  • Real Song Theme Tune: Further Evidence #3 contains a brief rendition of "Don't Fear the Reaper". The Phantasm shortly thereafter slaughters Alberto Falcone and his henchmen.
  • Schedule Slip: Series 2 might as well be the poster child of this trope:
    • For reference, the first episode of Series 2 was uploaded in May of 2013. The second episode of Series 2 was uploaded in December of 2013. They must have gotten Valve to upload their episodes for them.
      • Fortunately, unlike Valve, they at least managed to make it to Episode 3, even though it ended on a Cliffhanger. Episode 4 was uploaded on February 09, 2014, so... guess Valve isn't in charge of their uploading after all.
    • Happening again with Episode 6. Episode 5 was uploaded in March 2014. A year later, it was announced the next three episodes would be released simultaneously in the future.
      • After over three years, Series 2 resumed with episodes 6 and 7 released simultaneously in April 2017.
    • It was announced that the final three episodes of the series would be released on the tenth anniversary of The Dark Knight, which would have been July 2018. As of the start of 2024, there's no sign of them.
