  • Directed by Cast Member: Howard Duff directed the episode "The Deadly Abductors".
  • Fake American: The very British Jeremy Clyde played Tony Sloan, scion of a rich family in "Kiss Me, Kill You", adapting a surprisingly good American accent.
  • Fake Nationality: One of the leaders in this trope, Ricardo Montalbán, played Martin Lynch in "A Blueprint For Dying" and T.J. Gaynor in "A Fashion For Dying".
  • He Also Did: Jeremy Clyde, who played one of the bored rich siblings involved in two disappearances in "Kiss Me, Kill You", was the Jeremy of British folk/rock duo Chad and Jeremy.
  • Keep Circulating the Tapes: If you want to see the series, the collectors' route is the only way to go...either that, or hope Get TV shows it again. A few episodes are on YouTube.
  • Similarly Named Works: The episode "Man On Fire" is in no way, shape or form related to the 2004 Denzel Washington film of the same name.
    • The episode "The Human Target" has no connection to the 1990 series that starred Rick Springfield.
  • What Could Have Been: As noted on the main page, the series was originally titled Men Against Evil and was conceived as a Soap Opera about the lives of police officers on and off the job. However, the show was changed drastically due to Executive Meddling by the sponsor.
  • You Look Familiar: A number of instances. Among them...
    • Jason Wingreen in four episodes: "A Walk to Oblivion", "Target!" "Hit and Run, Run, Run" and "Kiss Me, Kill You".
    • John Larch in the episodes "The Broken Badge" and "The Deadly Abductors".
    • Charles Aidman in the episodes "A Date With Terror" and "Bed of Strangers".
    • James Best in the episodes "Flame Out" and "The Distant Shore".
    • John S. Ragin in the episodes "Flame Out", "Hit and Run, Run, Run", "Image of Evil" and "The Fatal Hours". In the second and fourth episodes, he plays a doctor.
    • Robert Doyle in the episodes "The Death of a Dream" and "Blind Terror".
    • Robert Drivas in the episodes "Prologue to Murder" and "Who'll Take Care of Joey?"
