  • He Also Did: One of the weirder subplots of the band's already deeply weird saga is that they recorded for Houston-based International Artists Records, a label founded and headed up by Lelan Rogers, the older brother of Kenny Rogers.
  • Revival by Commercialization: Believe it or not, "You're Gonna Miss Me" was used in a Dell Computers commercial in 2006 (Dell being based in Austin, Texas, just like the Elevators were, may have something to do with it).
  • What Could Have Been: During The '60s, Andrew Lauder, head of A&R at the British branch of Liberty Records, tried to sign the Elevators for the UK, but their manager wanted too much money. In the late 1970s, Lauder finally released Psychedelic Sounds and Easter Everywhere in England on his new label, Radar Records.
