• Acting for Two: Cristina Milizia voices Maya, Kaylie, and Petey.
• Dueling Dubs: Along with fellow 2020 DCAMU film Justice League Dark: Apokolips War, was first released in Brazil with a dub made in Miami, a move criticized for hiring cheaper work while ditching the cast that had been voicing the DC characters for very long (in Guilherme Briggs' case, he's been Superman ever since the later seasons of Lois & Clark!), generating enough outcry for Warner to accept that they needed to redub the movie actually in Brazil with the already estabilished actors.
• Recycled Script: Lobo's role in the movie (him turning up out of nowhere to claim a bounty on Superman, only for them to later team up against a greater threat and him revealing his self inflicted Last of His Kind status) is very similar to an episode from Superman: The Animated Series.
• Role Reprise:
  • Martian Manhunter is voiced by Ike Amadi, who first voiced him in LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham.
  • Piotr Michael voices Perry White, who first voiced him in Justice League Action.
• Shrug of God: Director Chris Palmer wants Superman: Man of Tomorrow to be the start of a new DCAMU, though the choice is ultimately out of his hands. If anything, Batman: The Long Halloween and Justice Society: World War II share its artstyle and Lighter and Softer tone. Turns out it is the start of a new Shared Universe.
• Voices in One Room: The only voice actors who recorded together are Cristina Milizia, Piotr Michael, Cissy Jones, and David Chen.
