• Ascended Fanon: The Green Ranger costume used in the "Green Ranger vs. Ryu" episode is used as a epic character in the video game Power Rangers: Legacy Wars
• Ascended Meme: Darth Maul is beheaded by his own double-sided lightsaber (with a little help by Spider-Man), a joke within the Star Wars fandom is how Awesome, yet Impractical the double-ended lightsaber actually is, and how anyone wielding one would be expected to cut off their own limbs (or head) by mistake.
• Follow the Leader: Minute Matchups. There's no fan vote — rather, the show makes its own calculations, and even explains why they selected the winner in a separate video.
• Role Reprise: Jason David Frank, the original actor for Tommy Oliver, takes on the mantle of the White Ranger once more against Scorpion, and the Green Ranger to do battle with Ryu. In the outtakes and alternate ending of the Ryu fight, Johnny Yong Bosch also reprises his role as Adam Park.
• Schedule Slip: There was a one year gap between "Joker vs. Negan" and "Deadpool vs. Deathstroke" due to Bat in the Sun working on Ninjak vs. the Valiant Universe and a promotional video for Power Rangers: Legacy Wars. Other projects and delays have resulted in the series producing one or two episodes a year until Godzilla vs Dragonzord at the end of 2020, which is their last one as of writing this.
