• The Other Darrin: Multiple cases, but the most notable examples are Mebius and Fourze. As of this game, they are voiced by Jun Fukuyama and Akihiro Hori respectively, as Shunji Igarashi retired from the entertainment industry and Sota Fukushi was too busy to reprise.
• Role Reprise: In a sense, Takuya Negishi does this, since Ginga's personality is more in-line with Hikaru's.
  • Miyoko Yoshimoto and Masaru Matsuda as Camila and Darramb from Ultraman Tiga: The Final Odyssey.
  • This game marked when Tetsuo Kurata would start reprising his role as RX in video games.
  • The Metal and Trigger Dopants, as well as Kamen Rider Eternal, are all voiced by their actors from Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate.
  • Kazari, Uva, Gamel, and the Dinosaur Greeed (Dr.Maki) are all voiced by their actors from Kamen Rider OOO.
  • The Sagittarius, Leo, Libra, and Cancer Zodiarts are all voiced by their actors from Kamen Rider Fourze, as are Kamen Rider Nadeshiko from Movie Wars MEGAMAX and Groundyne and Skydyne from Everyone Into Space.
  • Phoenix, Medusa, Gremlin, and the White Wizard are all voiced by their actors from Kamen Rider Wizard, as is Kamen Rider Sorcerer from In Magicland.
  • Renn Kiriyama, Minehiro Kinomoto, Shu Watanabe, Ryousuke Miura, Hiroaki Iwanaga, Ryo Yoshizawa, Shunya Shiraishi, and Tasuku Nagase all provide new lines for W's Shotaro half, Accel, OOO, Ankh, Birth, Meteor, Wizard, and Beast, respectively.
