  • Colbert Bump: NAOKI's "MAX SBY -428-" wasn't really well-known until it was added to StepManiaX.
  • Creator-Driven Successor: To CROSS×BEATS, another game with NAOKI's involvement that involves hitting notes that appear on a 2D plane and have guidelines that extend to the edges of the screen.
  • Descended Creator: Narahashi is voiced by Naoki himself.
  • Keep Circulating the Tapes: As the game required an internet connection to play, and its servers shut down in 2022, it is no longer possible to legally play it.
  • Late Export for You: The game was released globally three months after the Japan version. Fortunately, content updates are synchronized, so that English-speaking players don't have to wait three extra months for each update.
  • No Export for You: Despite being a "global" release, the game was left unavailable in a few countries' app markets, most notably Russia's.note  Ironically, the game has a song with a Russian title, "Ничто" (Nichto)note .
  • Spoiled by the Cast List: Players may deduce that Vulca is actually Conni in disguise because both of them are voiced by Minori Suzuki.
  • Uncredited Role: The arranger(s?) for the classical remixes are not credited in-game.
  • What Could Have Been: One of the in-game secret files explains that the game was originally going to take place in Shibuya, before the dev team decided it should take place in the fictitious virtual city of SEVEN's CODE. A remnant of this lies in the song "MAX SBY -428-"; "SBY" and "428" are an abbreviation and Goroawase Number for "Shibuya", respectively.
