- Cross-Regional Voice Acting: While dubbed in Houston, the English dub also got the Vancouver cast members from the dub of The SoulTaker to reprise their roles, including Jocelyne Loewen, Brad Swaile, Trevor Devall, and Lisa Ann Beley.
- The Other Darrin:
- Averted with the main characters. When ADV got the license for Nurse Witch Komugi, they knew that it was a spin-off/self-parodying sequel to The SoulTaker, which they didn't dub (Geneon/The Ocean Group got that job). So to keep consistency, ADV got the Soul Taker dub actors to reprise their roles.
- However, ADV used alternative voice talents for Runa, Megumi, Asuka, and Maya. The reasoning is unknown for the change.
