• Creator Backlash: Lew Schneider makes semi-frequent self-deprecating jokes about his time as host on his Twitter.
• Edited for Syndication: As per the norm with Nickelodeon's 90s game shows, the consolation plugs were regularly replaced in reruns. At least one episode circulates from two different Nick airings and Nick GaS, and all three feature different prize plugs. Since Make the Grade stopped rerunning on Nickelodeon in 1991, this discrepancy is less noticeable than the Nick shows that reran well into the late 90s and ended up sporting plugs for products that clearly didn't exist when the show was first produced.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: Make the Grade was pulled from Nick GaS' lineup in 2004, and it has neither aired again nor is it available to stream. Near complete collections of the series' 160 episodes are known to circulate and are occasionally uploaded to YouTube.
