• Blooper: In the European release, Squishy's line "An eight-armed avalanche for you then, Kirby!" is rewritten to replace "avalanche" with "Ghost Trap," matching the game's rename in the region. However, the text wasn't reformatted to match the longer title, resulting in "you" visibly overlapping with the edge of Squishy's text box.
• No Export for You: Kirby's Avalanche did not receive a Japanese release or re-release of any form, unlike what would happen to Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine years following its release thanks to Sonic Mega Collection.
