• The Other Darrin: With the exception of Fumiya Takahashi as Zero-One, the characters from Double and OOO all have different voice actors from their original actors in their respective series. This was an intentional artistic decision according to Word of God. In the case of the Double cast, they would all reprise their roles in Fuuto P.I..
• Role Reprise: Of all the Kamen Riders to make a return in this game, only Fumiya Takahashi reprises his role as Aruto Hiden/Kamen Rider Zero-One. Every other Rider is voiced by a soundalike.
• No Export for You: While English is a language option to play the game in (the other options being Japanese, Chinese and Korean), it was only released in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong/Macau and Southeast Asia. Anyone living anywhere else will have to import the game from one of those territories.
